The Crystal Fountain of Love – New in 2011
Conceived by our founders and owners, René and Nelleke Boissevain, who wondered what would happen if we put over four tonnes of Rose Quartz (The Stone of Love) together in the one place, and made a spectacular water feature with it!
Magic Spheres – New in 2010
The Magic Spheres presents rare minerals in a totally new and mesmerising way. Floating spheres moving mystically in a glowing galaxy of dazzling colours! This is a true Worlds First, using sophisticated engineering and a very special Ultra Violet lights totally different from common ‘black light’, the Magic Spheres show fluorescent minerals as never seen before. This is exciting and real 3D at it’s very best!
Ancient Chinese Lapis Lazuli Sculpture
This spectacular piece was discovered by our owner and founder, René Boissevain sitting forlornly in a basement in Hong Kong. When he enquired about purchasing it, René was originally told quite definitely that it was not for sale. “ It was covered in dust, but when I scraped some away I could see the quality of the stone, and the artistry of the carving”.
The Crystal Caves
Now you can see what lies deep under the Earth’s crust, hidden there for millions of years! For over four decades our founder and owner René Boissevain has had a passion to collect these spectacular treasures from all over the world, and bring them together at The Crystal Caves on the Atherton Tablelands
